Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ReveLumi is an automated qualitative research platform operated from São Paulo, SP, Brazil. The platform helps organizations conduct qualitative interviews with their own contacts through WhatsApp, supported by artificial intelligence and human supervision.

2. Service description

ReveLumi conducts qualitative interviews over WhatsApp on behalf of the Contracting Organization, generating insights and reports for that organization. ReveLumi provides technology and technical operations; it is not a research agency, law firm, or strategic advisory service.

3. Billing, plans, and credits

ReveLumi offers the Growth, Scale, Pro, and Enterprise monthly plans, billed through Stripe. Starter remains valid only for subscriptions purchased before it was discontinued. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of interviews with insight while the subscription is active or in trial.

The Contracting Organization may also buy one-off credits. Each credit equals one interview with insight, not one sent invitation, and is debited only once when a conversation produces an answer that can be used in the report.

The platform works with a combined balance: credits carried from the previous cycle, remaining current-plan credits, and available one-off credits. There is no retroactive billing for usage outside the contracted balance. When the balance reaches zero, conversations continue and content from new interviews with insights remains protected until a new top-up.

Unused plan credits roll over 100% for only one cycle, with no additional cap. One-off credits remain available for up to 12 months from purchase. Plan upgrades start a new cycle immediately and charge the full price of the new plan; downgrades take effect on the next renewal. Auto-recharge can be enabled and disabled in account settings.

The public research invitation link is always available. New participant entry remains subject to the operational limit that compares interviews in progress with the available credit balance. All charges are processed by Stripe via credit card.

4. Participant role

If you receive WhatsApp messages from ReveLumi, a Contracting Organization invited you to take part in a research study. Participation is voluntary: you may stop replying or request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. AI and human supervision

Conversations may be conducted by an AI agent. A human operator from the Contracting Organization may monitor and intervene in conversations. AI-generated answers are not professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice.

6. Appropriate use

When participating in research or operating the platform, provide truthful and relevant information. Do not use the service to share illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, and technology of the ReveLumi platform are owned by ReveLumi. Research Data and Insights generated from conversations belong to the Contracting Organization that commissioned the study.

8. General warranties and limitations

ReveLumi is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee specific results, uninterrupted availability, or complete absence of errors, although we make reasonable efforts to keep the platform stable.

9. Contracting Organization responsibilities

The Contracting Organization is solely responsible for configuring each research study, including topic, objectives, questions, business context, agent tone, and participant eligibility criteria.

The Contracting Organization represents that it obtained contacts lawfully, complies with Meta/WhatsApp Business policies, has sufficient authorization for ReveLumi to contact participants on its behalf, and maintains its own privacy policy.

Interview content results from the configuration chosen by the Contracting Organization and from participants' voluntary interaction. When an operator takes control of the panel and sends manual messages, those messages are the exclusive responsibility of the Contracting Organization.

Insights, transcripts, and reports delivered by ReveLumi belong to the Contracting Organization. Use, interpretation, disclosure, and integration of that data with other systems are the exclusive responsibility of the Contracting Organization.

The Contracting Organization must defend, indemnify, and hold ReveLumi harmless from claims or losses arising from the contact base, research topic, questions, participant answers, later use of results, or breach of the Controller's legal obligations.

10. Limitation of ReveLumi liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReveLumi's liability is limited to the technical execution of the service according to the configuration defined by the Contracting Organization. ReveLumi is not liable for the origin of the contact base, the merits of the research, voluntary participant answers, later use of results, or indirect damages caused by third parties.

11. Dedicated WhatsApp number

The phone line used as a dedicated number is legally held by ReveLumi and contracted through a partner provider. The Contracting Organization authorizes exclusive use of that line inside the platform to conduct its research.

The WhatsApp Business Account and Business Portfolio associated with the number belong to the Contracting Organization. The organization is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method with Meta for messaging costs charged directly by Meta.

ReveLumi may terminate the dedicated number in case of cancellation, study closure, or misuse. Portability outside the platform is not guaranteed as a standard product.

13. Terms updates

These terms may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the date at the top of this page will be updated.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP.
